We’re excited to bring Flagstaff visitors and residents 19 new items on our menu at Market Bar & Kitchen. As a result of feedback from our customers, we’ve added new salads, new sandwiches, and an entirely new plant-based section for those seeking healthier or vegetarian dining options.

Beignets — Classic French doughnuts, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with syrup
Blackened Shrimp & Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps — Shrimp sautéed with pork belly, drizzled with crema. Served with quinoa, jicama, pomegranates, avocado, and lime.
Grilled Butternut Hash — Plant-based smoky southwestern protein, diced butternut, portobellos, roasted red bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, spinach, and avocado. Topped with vegan cheese.
Sweet Chili Salmon — Wild caught salmon grilled and finished with our sweet chili sauce. Served over quinoa and zucchini noodles
Better than B.L.T. — Seared pork belly, over medium egg, cheddar, avocado, lettuce, tomato and mayo on grilled wheat bread
Shrimp Po Boy — Grilled shrimp on a French baguette with our remoulade, slaw and tomatoes
Tortilla Chips & Queso — A basket of our house-fried tortilla chips. Served with our homemade queso dip
“Meatballs” & Zucchini Noodles — Garlic & herb Italian plant-based protein “meatballs” tossed in our homemade marinara, portobellos, roasted red bell peppers, and spinach. Served over zucchini noodles (no pasta)
Pork Belly & Portobello Spinach Salad — Portobello mushrooms sautéed with pork belly, served over baby spinach with hard boiled egg, sliced almonds, fresh strawberries, onions, goat feta cheese and garlic French baguette
The plant-based protein used is locally-sourced and produced. All eggs are cage-free.
